The City Council Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs coposted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the noise ordinance relative to quality of life issues in neighborhoods (loud parties/disorderly houses).
